Friday Nights.
Saturday Sundaes.

Texas-sized scoops, hot-fudge play-action, and a bench so deep in toppings it should be illegal in this county. Walk-ons welcome.

The Menu

The Starting Lineup

Every sundae built on house-churned ice cream. Numbers retired, flavors never.

04

Hail Mary Hot Fudge

Ordered at the buzzer, ready before the clock hits zero. Dark chocolate scoop drowned in hot fudge. Sometimes you just throw it up and pray.

$7Clutch
05

West Canaan Waffle Bowl

Hometown pride in a hand-pressed waffle bowl. Butter-brickle ice cream, bourbon caramel, Texas pecans.

06

The Darcy

No scoops, no spoon required. Two towers of whipped cream, each with a cherry on top — technically a dessert, arguably swimwear. The boldest proposal on the menu. Served in a chilled glass, not worn. We’ve had to clarify.

Our Story

Born under the Friday night lights

In 1999, in a little Texas town where football was religion, somebody finally asked the important question: what do you eat after the game?

The answer was a walk-up window across from the field house, a hand-crank churn, and a hot-fudge recipe guarded more closely than the playbook. Twenty-something seasons later the churn is bigger, the line is longer, and the rule is the same as it’s always been:

“We don’t want your life. Just your Friday nights — and maybe your Saturdays.”
